3A Aluminum cylinders series

Special is Our Standard, and in fact, approximately 60% of our entire production is covered by the manufacture of custom solutions. 

However, at 3A, from the very beginning, we wanted to offer to our partners and the market a complete range of cylinders capable of meeting also the demand of standard products: whether it's cylinders manufactured according to ISO 6432, 15552, 21287 Norms or other standards such as CNOMO/UNITOP or interchangeable to product lines from leading competitors produced not in accordance to any norms. 

SA Series is the range of ISO15552 Ø32-320 cylinders of the 3A brand. 
These cylinders are characterized by the use of die-casted aluminum covers with a clean design, a distinctive profiled tube with two sensor slots on the same face, a high-performing aluminum piston unit with a PTFE guiding band, and the presence of high-quality seals that guarantee performance and reliability.

At 3A, we also produce various types of compact cylinders, manufactured in accordance to ISO21287 standards in the CA series from Ø20 to Ø100, according to the UNITOP standard in the UA series from Ø12 to Ø100, and completing the portfolio with the production of not standard compact cylinders for bigger diameters than 100mm (KA Series). 
We also offer short-stroke cylinders in the BA series. The CA and UA Series share similar features, such as the use of painted die-casted aluminum covers and anodized aluminum profiled tubes. Only high-quality seals and guide bushings are used also for these series to bear potential radial loads. 

3A's standard round cylinders can be mainly grouped in the construction in compliance with ISO 6432 Norm from Ø8 to Ø25 in the MA series or not withstanding to any ISO standards but designed to be interchangeable with product lines from major competitors in the EA and RA series Ø32-63. 

All our standard round cylinders are characterized by anodized aluminum covers, AISI 304 stainless steel tubes, aluminum pistons, and the best seals available on the market in terms of quality and durability.

The OA series represents the range of CNOMO cylinders manufactured by our company, available from Ø25 to Ø200 in diameter. 

These cylinders have received a very positive response from the market in terms of demand and feedback, especially in certain geographical areas.
 
These cylinders are characterized by the sizing of some components not according to ISO standards and the presence of extended threaded tie rods for fixing purposes.

The growing demand for components for vacuum applications has led us to develop a range of hollow rod cylinders to meet this demand. 

Our vacuum cylinders are available, as standard, in Ø25 according to ISO 6432 and in diameters 32mm, 40mm, 50mm, and 63mm compliant with ISO 15552. 

The DH series features female threads to suits specific components to the cylinder for vacuum operations. The construction characteristics and materials of the components are based on the MA and SA series.

By the end, the standard production includes anti-rotation cylinders achieved through a special internal construction that allows the use a round piston rod shape instead of an hexagonal one. 
This enables the usage of rod seals and guide bushings that offer superior performance and durability. 

All our standard series can be manufactured and supplied in various construction variants, including magnetic and not-magnetic versions, cushioned and not-cushioned versions, in single or double acting, with standard or through piston rods, with rods and tie rods made of chrome plated or stainless steel material, and with a wide range of rod and piston seals that can adapt to any temperature and working environment demands. 

Of course, our standard cylinders can also be customized to any customer's design specifications!
